Using the twist processing device we have developed, it is now easy to manufacture twist cables.

Such a device makes it possible to adjust the degree of twisting and the twist back or the length of the twisted portion after processing,
thereby achieving a simple and functional process.

HOTMELT molding

This is entirely different from the conventional handgun type simple HOTMELTs.

The HOTMELTs we use are equipment similar to low pressure output molders. This is quite useful for mass production.

  • They can easily be substituted for simple molders
  • Our products can be used at lower cost than molds of pre-existing molders (also useful in prototypes and the like).
  • They can even be used for waterproofing and potting!
  • It is also easy to attach a clip afterward to the products!
  • Use of high temperature resistant materials enriches the selection of materials.
  • Because hardening time is very short, hardening occurs immediately after the material has flowed into the mold.
